Preparación de la receta

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees then wash your potatos for 30 seconds

Cut up your potato into wedger shapes

After cutting them put them into a zip lock bag or just any plastic bag

Put your oil and your spices into the bag

Close the bag and with your fingers massage the oil and the spices throughout the potatos

After mixing place the wedges on a tray and then sprinkle half the salt and half the peper on them.

Put them into the oven for 10-15 minutes then take out. Flip them over and sprinkle the rest of the salt and peper on then put them back in for 5-10 minutes

Take them out plate them up and enjoy!
