Mix the yeast and sugar in a big bowl, add warm water (not hot). Add a part of flour, to get the consistency of a yogurt. Cover with a lid, let it stay for 20 al a warm place.

Add the salt and the baking powder, mix. Add more flour and a half of oil. Knead everything all together with the rest of flour and oil (it might be a little sticky). Let it rest for 30 min under the big round lid in a warm place.

Use some oil for your hands, make a flat (3 cm) square out of the mass and roll it 2 times on both sides. Let it rest for 5 min. Then repeat the 2 times rolling.

Put the round mass on the baking dish. Make it a little flat ~5 cm high). Paint it with the milk, add a spoon of flour on top. (Optional: add some seeds on top). Add some superficial cuts, if you want. Let it rest under the cover for 20 min. Then rest 10 min more without the lid.

Bake in the oven (pre-heat to 180°). It might take from 35 to 40 min, depending on the height of your bread and your oven.
