FOR THE DOUGH: We grind the sesame and, in a bowl, we mix it with the 2 cups of flour and the teaspoon of cinnamon. Make a hole in the center and put 1/4 cup of EVOO, 3/4 cup of water and a tablespoon of date paste.

Once everything is mixed with your hands, spread the dough on baking paper on the baking sheet and bake at 180° until golden brown.

FOR THE FILLING: In the meantime, heat in a saucepan a little water, the 3 chopped apples and cinnamon. Mash it all together and put it on the baked base.

Finally, decorate the surface with apple slices. Once baked again, check that the filling is set and remove. To prevent the apple from oxidizing, we can add gelatin made with Agar-agar. READY!
