Preheat the oven to 180ºC with heat up and down.

Put the raisins in a bowl, cover them with warm water and let them hydrate for 5 minutes.

Toast the walnuts in a frying pan without oil for 3-4 minutes. Grind the walnuts together with the rolled oats in a food processor or food chopper, it does not need to be like flour. Mix this with the rest of the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

In another bowl mash the ripe banana with a fork, add the olive oil and the date paste. Mix until everything is integrated.

Add the liquids to the dry ingredients and mix everything together with the help of a tongue or spoon. Finally add the drained raisins and mix well.

For each cookie take a tablespoon of dough and make a ball with your hands, then flatten it a little and put them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Put a walnut or pecan on each cookie and bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
