Preparación de la receta

In a bowl, add the water, yeast, salt and stir. Add the date paste, the oil and mix everything. Add the two types of flour and continue mixing.

In the same bowl, knead the dough for 5' and once the time has elapsed, let the dough rest covered with a cloth for 20'.

Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper or grease it with a little EVOO oil. Pour the dough inside and let it rest covered until it doubles its volume.

Preheat the Airfryer at 200° for 5'. Put the mold in the pan and let it cook for 25' at 200°.

After the time has elapsed, take it out and let it rest on a wire rack for 10 minutes and it is ready to eat.
