Preheat the oven up and down 180°.

Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl (flours and yeast) and the wet ingredients in another (milk and olive oil).

Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients mixture and knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous dough.

Place the dough on parchment paper and roll it with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 2 cm (depending on taste).

Shape the cookies and bake for 20 minutes at 180° up and down. Check because it depends on the oven.

Allow to cool and meanwhile melt the ounces of chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave at 30" intervals.

Put the chocolate on the cookies, let them cool a little and enjoy.
