CALLET PREPARATION: mix and grind 50gr of whole wheat flour, 50gr of soaked dates, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 30gr of peanut butter. Shape into square cookies (approx. 5cm on each side) and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F) with the oven preheated.

CREAM PREPARATION: grind and mix 50gr of peanut butter, 50gr of soaked dates, 35gr of water from the dates, a pinch of salt and 100gr of evaporated milk. Cut the ounces of chocolate into small pieces and add 35 grams to the mixture. Freeze the cream for at least 2 hours and cut into rectangles of about 4-5cm x 9-10cm.

CHOCOLATE COVERING: melt 90% chocolate and mix with coconut oil and chopped nuts to taste.
