Preheat the waffle iron. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.

Put a little coconut oil or butter in the waffle iron to prevent the waffles from sticking. Add part of the mixture in the waffle iron and let the waffle cook for about 3 minutes (until golden brown).

Repeat with the rest of the mixture. Makes 3 small waffles (my waffle iron is individual). Serve with fruit, chocolate or whatever you like.
