You can add the sweetener of your choice, to taste.

Make small balls of approximately 30 grams, place them on the baking sheet on parchment paper or a silicone mat and put them in the refrigerator.

Heat the oven with heat up and down at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Take the balls out of the fridge and flatten them to the thickness you prefer (I prefer them plump).

Bake the cookies in the oven for 18-20 minutes until lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes.
