Broccoli au gratin with bechamel sauce and lamb

Boil the broccoli for 3 minutes with a little salt. Then, drain and distribute in a bowl that can be put in the oven.

Prepare the béchamel sauce: Chop the garlic and put in a pan with oil, brown a little and add the flour. Stir with a whisk until it toasts a little. When the flour is ready, add the milk while stirring and turn up the heat. Continue stirring until it starts to boil, and then continue stirring for a few more minutes until it thickens. Add a little salt, pepper and nutmeg. Once the béchamel sauce is ready, spread it over the broccoli.

Add the lamb or whatever we have chosen, add the Provencal herbs and the grated cheese. We put to gratin in the oven for 10 minutes and ready to eat!
