Preparación de la receta

In a bowl add the 500gr of spelt wheat.

Mix the 300 ml of water with the 15gr of yeast with a spoon.

When well mixed, add the three tablespoons of oil.

Next, add the mixture to the flour bowl, add a tablespoon of salt and knead until everything is well blended.

Let stand for 30 minutes with a cloth on top.

After these 30 minutes, knead again with the help of a little flour and let the dough rest for another 30 minutes.

Then we knead again and make the cuts.

Once the cuts have been made, place the bread on a baking tray in the oven for 40 minutes at 210 degrees. To prevent it from drying out, add a glass of water in the lower part of the oven.

After 40 minutes and when we see that the crusts of the bread are starting to brown, it's time to take it out, let it cool and.... enjoy it! 😜
