Cook the spinach, while simmering the chopped onion in a frying pan until soft.

Drain the spinach and mix with the onion, then add the chopped ham.

Add the flour to toast and add the milk little by little until the desired texture is achieved.

We make with the dough the shape of the croquettes and dip them in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs in that order.
