Chop the nuts and put them in a bowl, add the oat flakes and mix.

Heat the water with the oil, date paste, cinnamon and salt in a saucepan.

When it is hot, add the mixture you had in the bowl of dry elements (flakes and nuts). Leave for a couple of minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.

Preheat the airfryer, put baking paper in the base of the basket and pour the granola from the pan.

Spread it well, place the basket in the airfryer and set the timer for 15 minutes at 150ºC. During this time it should be stirred 3 or 4 times.

Once cold, the chocolate is chopped and added to the mixture.
