Hydrate the dates in hot water. Putting them in a glass of water in the microwave for a couple of minutes.

Let cool slightly, remove the stone (and optional skin). Crush WITHOUT the water. Melt the coconut oil too, ⚠️⚠️⚠️ is the same measure of the yogurt cup!!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ And if you don't have it you can use olive oil or melted butter.

We beat all the ingredients together. (photo of the muffins before baking that I made with the other half of the mixture).

Grease a mold with oil. Add the dough and sprinkle the chopped 85% chocolate on top. I usually use the disposable ones from Mercadona. This quantity is enough for a basic mold of 20cm. The one you see in the photo is smaller because I distributed the dough in muffin tins. So I got 8 muffins and this small square mold.

Preheated oven at 180° about 40min if you make the mold of 20cm. If you make the muffins with 15-20min you have them done. But the best thing to do is to prick them with a stick or knife. If it comes out clean it is done. 🌸❤️Espero hope you like it ❤️🌸
