Preheat the oven to 165 degrees and grease a loaf pan.

In a bowl, with a mixer, mix the eggs, oil and honey. After beating, add the milk, mashed banana, water and mix.

Add the yeast, salt and cinnamon and whisk to mix well.

Add the flour and mix until combined with a whisk or a mixer on low power.

Add the chocolate broken into shavings and mix.

Pour the mixture into the previously greased bowl and decorate with banana slices, walnuts and strawberry slices.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted and comes out clean. Let it cool for 15-20 min before cutting it and enjoy. I usually toast it a little before eating it, it is warm and the chocolate is melted and it is delicious!
