Heat the mixture of soy beverage and water a little, dissolve the yeast in it. Soak the dates and separate 10 and 15. We crush them separately. Set aside.

Mix the flour with the salt and add to the liquids. We add the paste of the 10 dates and the 50ml of olive oil.

Knead for about 10 minutes. Keep the dough in a covered bowl for 1 hour.

Prepare the cinnamon mixture. Take the 15 soaked and crushed dates and add the peanut butter, olive oil (20 grs), nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir well and set aside.

Roll out the dough and dip in the cinnamon mixture. Roll and cut into two-finger portions. I got 12 rolls quite big.

Place the rolls on a baking tray and let them rest for 30 minutes.

Bake at 190° for about 20 minutes. And enjoy!!! 🤭
