🧶If you are vegan, lactose intolerant or just want a different touch, use coconut cream instead of cream and do not add Agar Agar. Simply heat the coconut cream and add it to the chocolate. I personally like it better, it gives it a brutal touch, but I didn't have coconut at the moment. We start preparing the base by mixing the almonds with the peanut butter and the date paste (I give them a little heat in the microwave to soften them a little).

Line a 14 cm mold with vegetable paper and spread the mixture. Bake in the oven at 200 a couple of minutes until toasted.

Separate 50 ml of the cream and pour in half a sachet of Agar Agar. Heat the rest of the cream to boiling point. Add the Agar Agar and stir for a minute. Break the chocolate into a bowl and pour the hot cream with the Agar Agar.

You can add orange zest, vanilla or nuts. It's up to taste. I leave it as it is. When it is well melted, pour the mixture into the mold.

Chill at least 4 hours, I leave it overnight. Decorate to taste, in my case hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds and red fruits that do not miss! Simple and delicious!
