Sweet potato, broccoli and salmon quiche

Cook the sweet potato, let it cool and mash it. Mix with the flour and add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin to taste.

Spread the previous dough with the help of a tongue on a baking paper greased with oil and place in the mold (I used a round cake pan).

Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.

For the filling cut the broccoli into medium pieces and cook lightly

Beat the eggs with the soy beverage. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and dill to taste. Pour on top of the sweet potato dough.

Add the broccoli and the chopped salmon. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until the cheese has browned a little 🤤🧀.
