Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.

In the mixer, add the ripe bananas, the oil, the oat drink, the date paste (80gr), the vanilla and mix until homogeneous.

Add this mixture to the flour mixture, mix very well with a spatula and add the vinegar.

Separate a little of this mixture (less than half) in another bowl, and add the cocoa (add a little more vegetable drink so that it has the same texture as the other, like this):

"Marbling" : Fill a little more than half of the mold with the mixture without cocoa, pour a little of the other mixture with a spoon and stir with a toothpick until it looks like this:

Let them rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator while we preheat the oven (I had enough left over to make 2 whole chocolate ones). You can add 85% chocolate chips to the chocolate ones (in my case I didn't have any and I used 70%).

We put them in the oven at 180° for 18-20 minutes.
