For the dough: I don't have specific quantities. I add the flour, and then I add two or three spoonfuls of cheese. I stir, and if the dough is still not homogeneous and the flour has not come together with the cheese, I add another spoonful.

I try not to make it too sticky and I add the spices except the oregano.

I bake the dough in the oven until it is a little toasted and crunchy and I add the ingredients I want and the oregano. Finally put it back in the oven until it is ready. At 180° for about 20-30 min
