Mix the flour with a little salt in a bowl, add the boiled water and oil, continue mixing with a fork for 1 minute. Then knead with your hands for 10-15 minutes. Put the dough ball in a bag and let it rest for about 20 minutes.

Process in the machine or chop by hand the turkey breast, egg, garlic, bread crumbs, parsley and a little salt.

Flatten the dough, always from the middle to the sides. Cut out circles with a glass. Spoon the filling into the circles. Seal the circles around the perimeter as in the photo and form PELMENI 🥟

Boil water (amount to the eye, the same when you cook pasta), place the pelmeni. Cook for ~6-8 minutes (depends on the diameter of the circle of your glass and the thickness of the dough).
