Beat the milk together with the peeled and chopped bananas. Add the dates, the raisins, the nuts and the EVOO. Whisk with strokes so that the raisins and walnuts are not completely crushed.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl, sift the flour and yeast. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Transfer the mixture to a rectangular mold. Bake for 45/50 minutes making sure it does not burn.
