Mandarin and chocolate muffins 🍊🍫

The original recipe is from @albanecer (with orange), but I didn't have it and wanted to try it with mandarins (it's just as tasty 😋). I also made some changes in some quantities and in the flours. Other times I've made them mixing half oats/half ground almonds or carob and they are also very tasty.

🔻Os I leave here the steps: Grate the skin of the 2 tangerines, chop the chocolate and set aside.

Blend the zest, the 2 mandarin segments, the eggs, the date paste and the olive oil in a blender.

In a bowl, mix the baking powder and flour, and combine with the previously beaten ingredients. Add the chocolate chips and mix.

Then, separate the mixture in two, and add the pure cocoa to one of them.

Now, pour the two masses, alternating them, to obtain the marbled effect (fill 3/4 parts).

Bake in the oven (previously heated) at 180°C for about 20 minutes (check with a stick, as each oven is different).

Remove from the oven, let cool and enjoy! They are super rich and fluffy! ❤ Pd: the aove flavor is not noticeable at all.
