Cut the hake loins (without bones or skin) in an elongated or square shape. I cut the loins into 4 sticks. The smaller they are, the faster they will be done.

Put the chopped hake in milk and let it rest while you prepare the other ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 180-200 (depending on the size of the pieces and the oven).

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Mix the flour with the garlic and parsley and set aside. If you have stale bread from other days, you can use it to make whole wheat breadcrumbs and substitute it for the flour.

Take the pieces of hake and dip them first in egg and then in flour or breadcrumbs.

Once battered, place them on a lined tray for 30 minutes at 180-200°. After 15 minutes, turn them over to toast them on both sides.

Eat them with salad or with realfooder sauces.
