Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Hydrate the dates in water for 15 minutes. Meanwhile in a bowl mix the flours, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.

Beat the eggs and add the milk and the olive oil.

Add the mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix.

Remove the dates from the water and grind them into a dense paste. Finally add it to the previous mixture and stir, add the walnuts and bake.
