Beat beets and raspberries. Mix flour and baking powder.

Beat the eggs. Add them to the flour with encircling movements. Add the raspberry and beet milkshake, the date paste and the vanilla pods.

Grease baking pan. Oven 180 degrees, 35 minutes.

Meanwhile, whip the cream and add the cream cheese.

Unmold the cake, cut in half and fill with the previous mixture of cream and cheese. Cover with the same mixture. Decorate with strawberries.
