Peel and slice the 3 apples.

Prepare the rest of the ingredients except the cinnamon.

Once all the ingredients are mixed, add a tablespoon of ground cinnamon and beat again.

Cover a baking pan with parchment paper, pour the dough into it, and decorate the top with the reserved apple and some cinnamon.

Preheat the oven for about 10 minutes and bake the cake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.

Once the time has elapsed, let the cake rest on the oven rack until it cools. Once it is cool, we can unmold it and it is ready.
