Soak the dates in the very hot milk for 15 minutes. Once softened, blend. Gradually add the EVOO, yogurt and the juice of half an orange.

Sift the flour with the yeast and add to the previous mixture. Mix everything well and once a homogeneous mixture is created, put it in the microwave for 8', let it rest for 5' and then put it in the microwave for 3'.

For the frosting: melt the cocoa in a bain-marie and once melted, cover the cake. I added the grated orange zest and walnuts on top.
