Preparación de la receta

Put 350g of warm water in a large bowl and add the crumbled fresh yeast and stir.

When it is mixed, add a spoonful of salt.

Add the flours and knead until homogeneous.

Add the seeds that we want to taste, a little crushed previously (in the mortar for example).

Transfer the dough to a baking dish lightly greased with EVOO. Put seeds on top of the dough to decorate, if you like. Let the dough rise until it doubles its volume (1h-1,5h approx.), in a place with some humidity and heat.

Bake at 220 degrees 30-35 minutes.
