Sift the flours to make them fluffier (if you do not have oatmeal flour, it is all right to sift the spelt flour).

Put everything in a food processor and grind *the level of dates varies according to the level of ripeness of the bananas and according to your sweetness level (the amount I have put is approximate) 📝Reserve 1 banana to decorate on top, the ounces of chocolate and the nuts chosen (the latter you can also introduce them in the dough if you prefer).

Once everything is well crushed and integrated, place the dough in a mold with greaseproof paper and chop the chocolate ounces and introduce them into the dough (if they remain on the surface you run the risk of burning the chocolate, but you can put it when it is about to finish and so it just melts).

Finally split the reserved banana in half and place it to taste. Add a few pecan nuts as decoration and that's it !
