First, we will mash the three bananas (ideally ripe), the four medjoul dates or eight normal dates, the milk and the extra virgin olive oil. And don't forget to heat the oven to 200 degrees!

Next, transfer the dough to a large bowl in which we will add the whole wheat flour sifted with the cinnamon, the yeast and the salt. We will go stirring so that the ingredients are integrated.

We will chop about 20-30 grams of walnuts and two ounces of chocolate. This is according to each person's taste. And then we will incorporate it to our mixture.

We will grease our mold to put the mixture and bake for about 40 minutes.
