To prepare the dough, mix the flour with the salt and the EVOO. Then add the water and make a dough with your hands. Let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Roll out the dough and fill with the mozzarella, the spinach previously thawed in the micro and the cherry. Fold the edges a little and add chia seeds on top.

Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. After 30 minutes, add the egg on top so that it is not overcooked. Bake for 10 more minutes.

Remove the pie from the oven and add the sliced Serrano ham cut into small pieces on top.
