Preparación de la receta
1
Cut the chicken into cubes, add a dash of soy sauce and a spoonful of whole wheat flour. Mix everything and let it macerate in the refrigerator while we prepare the other ingredients (better if it is all night to get more flavor).
2
Preparation ingredients: - We chop the garlic and onion (optional a chilli 🌶 if you like it spicy). - In a glass we mix the 50 g of soy sauce, 25 g of water and a teaspoon of sweetener (I used xylitol, but you can use a teaspoon of date paste or even honey). - Reserve a handful of cashew nuts (to taste).
3
Once the ingredients are prepared, heat a dash of EVOO in a frying pan and fry the chicken. When it is ready, set it aside.
4
In the same pan, toast the cashew nuts, stirring from time to time so that they do not burn. Remove them.
5
Add a little more EVOO to the pan and fry the onion and garlic. Add salt and let it cook.
6
Add the chicken, the cashew nuts and the sauce that we have prepared before, increase the heat a little and let it reduce until the sauce thickens to our taste.
7
Once all this is done, it only remains to plate and serve with a little rice. I hope you like it 😁👩🏻🍳
