The flour I used is actually organic wholemeal stone-ground spelt flour. But here I have put wholemeal spelt flour because I could not find the one I used. Let's go to receta👇🏼 Heat the water with the oil for 2 minutes at 37º, speed 1. Add the yeast and give it 4 seconds on speed 4. Then add the flour and salt, 4 minutes at speed spike. Optional: you can add brown sugar (1 teaspoon) along with the water and oil. I didn't do this but it is to feed the yeast and make the bread rise more.

Grease a bowl with a little oil and put the dough in it. Cover and leave in a warm place for about 60' (until it doubles in volume).

Knead it a little (just to remove the air) and put it in an elongated and slightly greased mold. Make some cuts in it and add some seeds on top if you want. Cover and keep in a warm place for another 60'.

Preheat the oven to 220º and bake for 20'. Then lower to 200º and bake another 20'.

Cool on a cooling rack and ready!
