Preheat oven to 180°.

Mix the dry ingredients: 60gr wholemeal spelt flour and cinnamon to taste.

Mix the liquid ingredients: 30 ml oat milk and 5 ml olive oil.

To unite the liquids to the solids. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Place in the refrigerator for 15 min.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm and cut into the desired shape. Place the cookies on the baking sheet with baking paper.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180°. Leave it 5 more minutes with the oven off. Take it out and let it cool well.
