Really, the quantities of the dough (and of the pizza) are a bit by eye. Depending on how much dough you want to prepare, a little more spelt flour than oat flour or equal parts (depending on which one you like best). Add a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and water to form a dough. Spread it on a baking paper and put it in the oven at 220°C for about 7 minutes.
2
Then, take it out of the oven and add crushed tomato, oregano and garlic powder to taste, a handful of peppers and a handful of diced ham. Then, if you crumble on top a small piece (which was approximately 1/3) of mozzarella. And in my case, I also add a slice of semi-cured cheese broken into small pieces.
3
Finally, once all the ingredients have been added to the base, put it in the oven for seven more minutes, four minutes at 220 with heat up and down and three minutes on the broiler.
4
ENJOY! It is a very good option and it really has nothing to envy to any other. You can also add mushrooms (although I didn't have any) or change the ham for tuna, add other vegetables... experiment with this recipe.
