Put water in 3 different containers, add cooked carrots in one, spinach in another and cooked beets in another. Mash the 3 containers separately and set aside.

For the dough: 60gr of whole wheat spelt flour, a little baking powder and water to obtain a texture similar to that of yogurt. If we add in each bowl the water of a color (orange from the carrot, red from the beet and green from the spinach, the cereals come out in different colors).

Add the batter little by little to a non-stick pan and cook on both sides.

Add to a bowl with berries and optional milk.
