In a bowl, mix 125g of flour and the yogurt, add the water and the oil.

Add the salt and the yeast, we will have a fluffy dough, we will add little by little the remaining 25g of flour until it comes off well from the bowl.

We will put balls for muffins and leave them on a tray with baking paper, and bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.

You can put seeds or nuts as topping, I put walnuts 😋.
