Add the eggs and the olive oil to the previous mixture. Blend well again.

Now add the dry ingredients, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and milk powder. Mix well with a spatula until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture. With the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool on a wire rack, unmold, and enjoy.
