Preheat the oven to 180°. Whip the egg whites until stiff and once whipped add the beaten egg, the diced pear (previously microwaved for 3 minutes), coconut oil, Greek yogurt, vanilla flavoring and date paste. Mix everything with wrapping movements.

To the previous mixture add the flour, yeast and chocolate. Mix everything and put it in the mold and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. When we have it unmold and we can put chocolate on top. It is delicious😋😋😋
