In a bowl put the bananas and mash them with a fork to make a kind of puree.

Add the soy yogurt, olive oil, date syrup and peanut butter and stir until the ingredients are well combined.

Now add the whole wheat flour together with the baking powder and the baking soda. We make a homogeneous dough. Add the blueberries and once everything is mixed, place in the mold. Put some banana chips on top and put in the oven previously heated to 170°C for about 40 minutes. Then it is important to let it cool well before cutting it.
