If we do not have the date paste ready, we must hydrate the dates with hot water for 10-15 min. Once we have them, we crush them with a little of the water.

Preheat the oven to 180°. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Once we have a homogeneous dough, we make the shape of more cookies and put them on a baking sheet. Crush chocolate chips and sprinkle on top.

We leave them in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, keeping an eye on them.
