Pizza dough with spelt flour: Put 250 g of flour in a bowl. Add half an envelope of baking powder and mix. Add two tablespoons of EVOO. Add a pinch of salt. Add mineral tap water little by little until a manageable dough is formed. If the dough is too liquid, add a little more flour. Knead until you get a dough like the one in the photo. Leave covered for 20 minutes. *With this amount of dough you can make more pizzas but you can freeze the remaining dough for another occasion ☺.

Once the dough has rested, take a piece and roll it out with a rolling pin until it is the desired thickness. In my case I have given it a heart shape 💖.

Put the dough on a baking paper and add the ingredients you want. In my case: fried tomato for the base, mozzarella cheese, serrano ham in strips, diced feta cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, two slices of goat cheese and spinach leaves. Put a little oregano on top and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until the pizza is done. Enjoy! 😋
