Put the water in the thermomix mixing bowl 1' 37°vel.1

Stir in the yeast, flour, oil, seeds and salt, mix on thx 15' speed 6.

Knead 3', on thx speed spiga.

Let the dough rest in a bowl greased with olive oil, forming a ball, for 2 hours.

Remove the dough to a floured table and cut the dough into 8 portions, make rolls and let stand on a baking sheet with parchment paper, 1 hour.

When the hour has elapsed, make a cut in each roll.

Preheat the oven at 220° 10', put the rolls in and bake for 20'.
