Cook the yucca. Cook it for at least 30 minutes in boiling water to eliminate the toxic sustacia. I have crushed it in the food processor (speed 8 15sec).

To the remaining dough add the flour and water until a dough is formed. You are pouring the water and oil to hydrate it.

When you get the dough, add the rest of the ingredients until you get a compact and easy to shape dough. Cover it and leave it in the fridge for 2h min. I have left it 24h

Spread it in a round baking dish and then fill it as you like: Crushed tomato Mushrooms Grated cheese Onion Hemp seeds
