Cook the spinach and drain the water well. Mix all the ingredients except the seed mix.

The dough should be smooth and not sticky. If it sticks, add a little more butter, little by little so as not to overdo it.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to the desired thickness, better if they are thin so that they crunch 🤤. Cut into small pieces, decorate with the seed mix and bake in the oven or #airfryer at 180° until you see them crispy.
