With this quantity you can make 14-16 cupcakes. You can use Stevia or erythritol, the amount would be 3 tablespoons. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. It is important that all the products are at room temperature to get cupcakes with a soft and fluffy texture. Sift all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

We make our own buttermilk by adding the milk and lemon juice to a bowl and wait 10 minutes. Then add all the wet ingredients and mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Add the dry ingredients and mix well until a shiny and smooth consistency is obtained. With an ice cream scoop we will pour our mixture into the paper capsules and bake for about 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes and ready!!!!. They can be eaten like this, although with the Frostings they are spectacular 😋
