In a bowl, mix the eggs, date paste, yogurt and oil. Then add the flour with the baking powder and salt.

When everything is well integrated, add the lemon zest, walnuts and peanut butter.

Grease our mold with butter or oil.

Pour the dough and put it in the microwave for 10 minutes at maximum power. Mine is 800w, if yours is more powerful you will have to reduce the time a little. Be aware and check with a toothpick that it is done inside.
