Step 1 Preparation of meatballs: Mix the meat, 1 egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley, bread crumbs. When everything is well incorporated, shape the meatballs in a round shape and roll them in wholemeal flour, then brown them in a little olive oil over a medium/high heat (then finish cooking them in the sauce).

2nd step The sauce: Poach the finely chopped onion in the oil left over from the meatballs over medium/slow heat,then add the coconut milk,pepper and curry.Leave on the heat for a few minutes to incorporate the flavors,then add the meatballs.

Leave on the heat for 5 minutes and drain half a lemon 馃崑 Ready!
