Preparación de la receta

For the donuts: roast or bake the pumpkin and let cool. Melt the coconut oil and mash all the ingredients.

Pour the mixture into lightly greased pans and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes. Carefully unmold and let cool.

For the topping: -2 tablespoons(30gr approx) cashew cream -2 tablespoons (30gr approx) coconut oil -3 teaspoons of cream cheese -1 dash of vegetable drink or milk -3 tablespoons of powdered milk -Optional: vanilla essence

Melt the coconut oil and mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk. If it is too thick add more vegetable drink or milk and if it is too liquid add more powdered milk.

Dip the doughnuts in the glaze and place on parchment paper. Decorate with melted chocolate (3 ounces) and let stand in the refrigerator until the icing solidifies.
